You can unhook your caravan and it gets taken across by itself but they charge a $70 fee to do this just an idea for you if you really want to go down the birdsville track and need to cross the ferry.

I have fitted a chip it chip to my D40 navara and black smoke pumps out of the exhaust really bad. Is this meant to happen?

Hi mate I ran a set of cooper ST 265/75 16 and love them paid $300 each wouldnt use any other tyre. Just a personal choice. Good luck
