Ryan. How hard is it to pull the actuator out? I jave a set of heavy duty ramps that I put the car up on so will access be possible? Anything to be cautious about? Just a little worried as I have never touched anything to do with transfer case and at least at the moment we Can drive the vehicle...

Well sorry for not replying in here sooner. Had the car checked out and been told that the actuator motor is indeed stuffed :( Does anyone know if the Spain built ST-X petrol motor has the same actuator as in the Thai buids and if one from a 2.5l deisel is the same?? Got my brother in Ireland...

Ok, so you have just put a single scotch lock in to tie the relay output power to the indicators from both relays into one? If that makes sense? Thanks by the way :)

So guys, LED lights turned up today, installed and all good, well kinda good :) Park lights work fine but the indicators are flashing twice as fast as normal. Have read elsewhere that maybe need to fit some resistors to solve this issue, anyone been there and had to do that? If so what size...

Yes mate I read your post regards it but the process you reported was for a manual?? I have found the shop manual online and gone thru the diagnostic a few mins ago and the 4wd light flashes 12 times which the manual says is Actuator position switch.. Shall see what the garage has to say...

Fair call Tony, Last owner put heavier springs and "air bags" on it, reading airbags not a good thing for the chassis so they have minimal air in them at the moment. The tub has a canopy fitted. Heavier springs put in as he was towing a fairly big van around. Might check some extra weight in...

Got a very bouncy back end going over speed bumps etc and am thinking the rear shocks have seen better days. I know someone with standard shocks off a 2012 D40, would they fit my 2007? (both are ST-X models) Will his be a straight swap? Cheers

Sorry cannot answer your question but would also like to know if anyone can help. Recent purchase for me was a 2007 STX that has a genuine Nissan alloy bullbar fitted. It has circular combination park/indicators fitted with spare 'blanks' to the s Ide of these that I would assume are for fogs...
