it's mechanical locker ratchet type. Fitted them 3month ago by opposite lock in Penrith. also Diff housing and casing is from 2013 Navara.

i had mine since late 2013. running perfectly fine you either install incorrectly or maybe running bit too rich. try dial down a bit.

only air bag compliant side bar is ARB that I know of. Hence why I bought ARB. If it was insurance purposes I would have got custom ones from scotty.
