lost so the main question is, i should only have to change the tail section or just remove the 1st and 2nd gear set and replace in to my current box, and hoping that the part in the photos are common parts?? cheers

K I have a wee problem Was in the process of doin my bearings in my fs5w71c Trans bolted to a z20 1988 d21. And noticed 1st 2nd synchros are bout dead and 1st gear has fu*ked the harding on the inner bearing so now it's spins rough. What I want to know is can use a diesel td23 or td27 rs5w71c...
