Nearly 2 weeks and no solution. They keep testing and refitting circuits and relays..... The vehicle drives but the air won't come on.... I'm running out of patience.!!!! I cant brlieve there us no solution to this problem.

Yes -seems unlikely - but they need to try anything - the vehicle is sitting there with brand new a/c system that refuses to work.

I'm having the clutch and gearbox mounting replaced on my Navara (D40, 2009, 4x4, 2.5 diesel, 4 dr). the chap says he's worried about the "flywheel bearing" as it may be faulty. He says that it is an integral part of the flywheel and cannot be replaced separately....is this the case? P.S. -...

Well it seems to have been the SCV - Suction Control Valve. I gave them a list of possibilities and they replaced this, a diesel filter and some air filters - they also kept the car a day to remove buildup of carbon deposits from the exhaust system. total cost was about 3500 baht = $AU100...

I noticed this morning that after about 5 or 10 starting the engine was running apparently fine. I pulled well in 5 th up to 100kph plus, before running out of road; I suspect I get this trouble once the whole system is fully warmed up......
