Getting a canopy fitted next week so will be removing the sports bar and tonneau cover off my 2014 ST nav.
Chasing $200 neg for the cover.
Looking for $50 for the bar.
Can post photos upon request.
Located Croydon, Victoria.
Cheers
I've parked on a very steep hill and left my car in gear with no handbrake to see what will happen, as steep as it was, every 15 or so seconds it'd lurch forward after the compression had slowly dropped low enough for it to crank. Keep in mind this was just about the steepest driveway I'd ever...
I wasn't at the time but I am now. I've fitted it all myself. I could take a photo of where it meets the guard but I have an older version of the bar that didn't have the cut away. Yes it came with the three underguards but don't expect them to replace a proper bash plate, they don't go back...
I have an Opp Lock post bar. It's good, I like it. Had a leaking parker so all but 3 of the LEDs in there are dead now but getting a replacement parker and indicator for $45. Will be putting a winch on it soon so might be a better test for it. Otherwise, not sure what you want to know about it...
Lifted it! Adjustable Bilstein 5100s with lifted king springs at the front, new shocks and blocks at the back. Blocks are temporary, plan to replace them with new lead springs within 6 months
Sorry to revive an old thread but do you know what version your maps are on now rexhunta? Want to compare it against mine and see if Nissan updated mine last service. Thanks
Installed my ironman snorkel on the weekend. I think I was more nervous when I took a jigsaw to the front bumper for the bullbar but still a nervous experience. Happy with how it turned out
Hey subz,
Is that the safari? If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay and where from? Having trouble finding one for the new Spanish airbox apart from spending big on a safari or airtech.
Cheers
I used to have the AP60. I'm assuming they're pretty similar in how they work. Have you played around with the sensitivity on the control unit at all? Might need to up it a bit
Well I've gone and changed my average speeds and the other day I used navigation and it actually underestimated my half hour trip trip by two minutes and that was in low traffic. So maybe yours has a problem
I guess it's all about prediction. Because you'll drive at different speeds on different roads, but it wants to give you a predicted arrival time before you leave. It'd be good if it were adaptive or something though
Just drove back to Queensland in back in my series 7. I didn't even realise I could set the speeds, I'm gonna go fix that because the default settings are stupid!
Thanks all. I'm aware of changes in air density, I guess I just wouldn't have expected it too make such a noticeable difference. After 3200km with that thing on the back and taking it off yesterday afternoon I'd forgotten how quick this thing can be!
