I got a tap in the Plenum chamber straight after the turbo and it shows max of 20psi on my digital gauge and they I tried the inlet pipe just before it goes into the motor and shows the same boost (20psi Max) even when I tried a mechanical gauge. It never over boosts even when it is very cold...

Does anyone know if the D40 Diesel has a Vauum Pump? And if so where is it? Cheers.

Hi D40Junky, Have you got any updates with this. I have a 08 Auto and I have had the exhaust changed into a 3 inch from the DPF back. The reason I left the Filter in place is because of warrenty. The warrenty is coming up to the end and I want to replace the Dump pipe (cat filter) and the DPF...
