It's all pretty easy besides the dump pipe, I took the heat shielding off the cat before I could get it out, and just don't forget to take your o2 sensor out of the dump pipe before you start.

I'm pretty sure that's just to keep everything lubricated and working properly but should still be done off a sealed road

I'm pretty sure the fan couplings are purely electronically controlled via the bcm and ecu on our v9x models, in essence the same way an air con compressor is turned on with a magnetic clutch except this one has variable lock up points, which vary based on about 11 inputs from all around the car

Get yourself an OBD2 scanner mate, either a bluetooth one if you have an andriod phone or a wifi one if you have an iphone, they are pretty cheap with the bluetooth ones being $15 and the wifi ones being about $40-45, I keep mine in the ute all the time just in case something unexpected happens...

the sat nav unit connects to a lot of different modules i think like the video processor and other stuff, if you have a copy of the manual there's a fair bit in there relating to it, as for the seats, I'd say they should bolt straight in.
