I'm another happy driver of the St-X with a V9X. I haven't heard about the Patch Cable you guys are talking about. What actually is done by installing this cable. Is the EGR valve bypassed to trick the ECU that even if the EGR fails the ECU doesn't know about it? Or is it something else. Philip.

I made the same assumption.It's about the only place to mount a can with the engine installation the way it is. That's where I've put mine too. It looks to me that the PCV outlet points down, say 6 o'clock. Can it be rotated to say 9 o'clock, pointing out to the passenger side of the engine bay...
