Thanks guys for the feedback. I thought as much. Any ideas on how I can repair it by using an additive to the coolant? Do you think it would work. This truck has turned into my biggest disappointment of all Nissans and Datsuns I've owned. Only good thing is the mighty TD27 engine. Cheers Ric

We have a major leak in the heater core of our 96 D21 tray back with TD27 engine. What is involved to remove and replace the heater core. I am going to disconnect the hoses from the thermostat housing and cap the outlets off to get me out of strife but will have to fix it eventually. All help...

How did you go with fitting the Racer water pump. I've just bought one for my TD27. Don't want to fit it and find it does not pump properly. Cheers Ric

Hi I know this thread is a couple of months old, but those prices seem a bit high. I just got a quote for BFG A/Ts 31 10.5 15s at $240.00 (Tyrepower) and $260.00 at TyresPlus, and that was without negotiating. reckon I could get it down a bit more yet. Ric

You might be right there tweak'e It seem OK in forward and seems worst when trying to reverse up a bit of a hill or up the driveway. It does seem like wheel bounce and not related to Diff or Gearbox/clutch. I had thought about the lack of weight. Ours is steel tray so god help an ali tray...

Hi Help Please :hmmmm2: I have noticed a really violent shudder or jumping when reversing my son's Navara 4x4 Cab Chas with steel tray. At times it is almost impossible to reverse it due to the violent jumping/shuddering.
