Dude, I watched your video Just check the vacuum line to your shutoff butterfly, make sure thats all in order, get someone to turn it off while you watch the vacuum actuator actually move the butterfly at shutoff.. If thats fine, its completely normal, thats nothing to worry about. Mine is...

Cleaning the oil/ sludge from the inlet of the manifold

Has anyone actually completely pulled the intake manifold off the block and even cleaned the top of the valves etcfor the ZD30 3.0 litre? Im guessing you have to take the injector lines off to take the manifold off?

    Performance Air Filters

Just a friendly hint... I'd avoid blowing it out with the air compressor as it causes small tears and separations of the fibres and lets the larger dust particles through.... unless you're super careful and it can be alright..

definitely worth putting the lift pump on... the throttle response gain you get is amazing... always plenty of fuel on tap

    100/130W Light bulbs

sorry, I don't want to ruin business here... but... Instead of paying $120 for an upgraded loom why wouldn't you just put a relay system from the existing loom as a control circuit with heavy gauge wire directly from the battery for like a third of the price

The light pump is a 6psi Pump, lowest pressure I could get @ 100gph. Hmm I want to run big power but also reliably... A water to air I reckon sounds good, been researching them quite alot. I've been looking at turbos, I want boost to come on pretty quick so I don't want too big of a turbo...

Hey mate. If you have dual filters I would recommend a lifter pump upgrade, its probably not getting enough fuel pressure so its retarding timing and injecting more fuel to compensate, hence higher EGT's. If I were you I would investigate a lift pump install on the YD25 though, you would need to...

Well I Installed the lift pump today.. Heres a photo of the finished project. Uploaded with ImageShack.us This is a highly recommended upgrade, seriously made my engine run so much more smoother. Doesn't shake as much. It feels like its added a fair donk of low down torque, was hard to...
