hey guys, everytime i have the wheels turned or nearly at full lock and i either go up a gutter or even a small bump i hear this loud creaking sound coming from the front end. any ideas on what this could be?

hey guys, just upgraded the work ute to a d22 3.0td single cab. only using it for work and curious if i need to look out for anything or get anything for it. i dont think it has any mods. do i need a turbo timer? stuff like that, never owned a 4wd before. ANY help would be great. cheers
