Thanks mate. With the amount of water I go through and the time I spend in 4wd, I should probably be changing my diff oils a lot more regularly than I do. Hopefully the new transfer sorts out the driveline prob.

The dodgy weld was only on a bad batch that got imported early last year, I don't think it affects the joint but I think a few draglinks snapped so they replaced them for safety reasons. I'm putting all the new steering gear in today so hopefully it makes a huge difference

My PS draglink wore out within 4000k's. They don't like anything over a 2" lift

Your steering parts will wear out on a regular basis with a 3" sis lift. Just about to wind mine down as I'm sick of shit wearing out.

Just about to install my second PS draglink as well. The joint the connects to the pitman arm wore out and was clicking within 4000km and PS said there was a bad batch of draglines made last year with a shitty weld. They sent me a new 1 for free, I have also bought a new idler arm and new bushes...

if thats for a good quality suspension lift it is pretty reasonable, they should lift the bull bar and rear bar for that price as well

Have had 32's and a 2+2 for over 2 yr.'s now and am really happy with the set up. Yes the Nav would look a lot tougher with 33's but have decided to stick with 32's as reliability is a lot more important to me than an extra half inch of clearance
