base model has manual everything. i'm not sure what they came with as a lot of the later ones where only base models and sold cheap.

that is an Xterra not a navara. the only thing navara about it is some body panels. swing and a miss.

but then again the factory bumper is quite big. problems turn up when you have winch and multiple spot lights etc all blocking flow.

i don't think there is any fuel pump timing, not with common rail pumps. timing is all ecu controlled. maybe timing chain, but i suspect...

with engine running? if so that sounds like water is flowing through. therefore most likely cause of the issue is the mix door/flap...

i think you need to check flow first. maybe disconnect return hose and see if engine pumps water out when you start it. check if water...

how are you checking there is flow when the engine is going? are you sure its not a problem with the mix flap?
