All the piping has the lips to clamp to. TBH I was thinking more along the lines of a manufacturing fault in the cooler. I'll just take it to work one afternoon and pump 20psi up it. Hopefully come across something.

It's running 14psi. I've had 3 different air filters in it the last one new and yeah I tried without the snorkel head it made no difference. I'll look into a sock for it for now. Just didn't want to introduce any more restrictions if I could help it.

I've put the forefront winch kit in. Main difference I've noticed is it takes slightly longer to boost. There's no actual drop in pressure. Still pulls as quick if not faster. EGT temps are around 350-400 pre turbo at 100. Can still get them up above 600 but it pulls longer before they get...
Haven't done a zd30 but everything else I've ever seen didn't matter as there is an open space inside the fitting in the line. The bolt will feed into the same open space no matter what way it goes on.
