I asked ARB for a set & they don't make them got the Thai D22 which is why I bought the Iron Man. Look they are fine. At the end of the day you hit any plate hard enough they will dent & bend.

Take a look at the pics I have of mine fitted. Should just have to cut the side flaps off & it should bolt up nice with the genuine steel bar once you drill 4 small holes for the bolts to go through. I also just drilled a 60mm hole so service guys could get easy access to the sump plug.

Guys after I christened my new truck with a full weekend of decent off roading mine no longer makes the noise. Not sure why exactly but maybe something bedded in after a good run?

Yeah i was thing exactly the same thing after i fit it. Ok with the mig but so far still looks pretty good. Will see how they are after a few more trips

It made a difference straight away. No more shocks on the steering wheel.

Not sure why they continue to come with bolts that just make it. Another 10mm on the supplied bolts would have been good.

It's also been very, very dirty :-) You also can't see the scratches in the pics.

I know all about it. I've lost many hours working on the truck plus the cash, but I must say I really like the truck now that everythings done. It drives well on & off road & has all the gizmos I could ever want

Might be a bit tight (I agree). I'm a nut when it comes to nuts :-) It's only rubber. I was more paranoid about getting knocking noises because they were too loose once settled. Because I have the bash plate fitted I didn't want to have to muck around again.
