Also, carry a few small blocks of wood to drive on when fitting (narrower than tyre). Makes it heaps easier.

It's pretty common apparently. Mostly an issue on am. Need a faraday cage on the wire from the ballast to the globe apparently. That sounds difficult!

Oh and I did have an earth issue that ill sort out - some interference coming through the stereo when it had low signal strength. Sounded like a UFO was landing. Just needs a better earth I reckon.

Looks like you have a Nissan factory bar, is that correct? If so I'm guessing my ARB commercial will have the same fitment issues. Are you able to confirm the dimension from the hole in the bull bar to the chrome grill?
