Hi rumpig i like where your going with this. I have read a majority of the post seems like a good way to get more power out of the little zd30. If i come across another ecu i might give it a go. Soldering isnt an issue as im an electrician with engineering.

I have one also but it has developed dry joints inside the chip and has a nasty habbit of shutting down my injector pump. Damn I miss it

Yes. They need a catch can. There is a sticky here. Once you block the egr and fit a catch can the engine will in theory just last and last. That what I did when I first bought mine. Now im saving for exhaust, intercooler and chip

At a glance it sounds like your powering the lights through the high beam cct. Hence why youblew a 7.5A then the cars 10A fuse. Hard to say without seeing it though. this is why I do the wiring myself

Lol...... anyhow you can hide it a little with touch up paint but for the time it takes id be inclined just to have a touch up guy fix it
