the smaller catch can is ok for zd30.....but may still become overwhelmed if the motor is over filled...ive seen them breath quite a bit before as for reducers you can do it 2 ways...plastic from the garden section in bunnings which is cheap and easy. Or fluid transfer places like hydraulinc...

I can't comment on fitment right off the bat...but can definitely say yes or no after seeing some pics and asking you to measure from the ac condenser out to the nearest part of the winch I dont like promising power but I can say I havnt had an unhappy customer yet they do perform much better...

This is why this website is so good.....a person that is willing to explain their problem politely and ask for help....and a massive amount of people to give honest easy help. But yeh as above "normal" in the way that every single d22 does it....but not "normal" in the way you want your car...

i can tell you by looking at a picture of your engine bay if you like

your actuator is not supposed to do anything at idle....you dont have a problem some can bounce up and down at idle which is also normal....but other then that it wont do anything if you sit there and watch it and get someone to start the car...you will see it suck up into the actuator then...

we do 3 versions....early 126kw ( 2 pipes)....then the later 126kw ( one pipe ) then the 140kw version which is 2 pipes in order to remove the seal and clip setup that nissan used

we could do the intake in black too if you want

depends which model you have ... the 140kw kit replaces the whole passenger side because of poor factory design where as the other 2 models replace HALF the passenger side and re use the lower alloy pipe I am doing the throttle body side now...BUT at this stage it wont be alloy as it does...
