ok, so when i turn the wheel, i have approx. 25mm freeplay before it starts to turn the wheels.

Hello, Has anyone found a solution for the play in the steering issue alot of us have? Or does it mean the Steering box is buggered? have tried tightening the box. minor improvement. Can anyone confirm if a steering damper is a fix? cheers,

On my 3.0L i have a 3" mandrel bent turbo back with a highflow muffler, awesome note, great response, if you want an expert opinion, talk to a 'few' exhaust shops and see what they think.

Sounds like an almost identical setup mate. Cheers. I thought that would be the case. More pressure flowing through the turbo as its no longer split through the egr. Makes sense.

Nah mate the intake is on tight. All tubes etc are sealed. Is there anyone else with the same setup with a turbo whistle on idle from the exhaust. (Not noticeable in engine bay)

i have the same problems with my steering. tightened up the steering box... didn't really change a thing... im keen to see if anyone has a permanent solution.
