it's wet, but not too bad at the moment. the last couple of days had way more rain that we have so far today. Yeah I used to work for Dept of Sustainability and Environment (the planning department) and I got to see very detailed plans for most of the valley actually... still nothing much...

Ok, well after showing her a few D22s and one in particular, it looks like it'll be one for us. Actually, after seeing a 2005 STR with the TD, less than 100,000kms for $25K at a dealer, we're pretty keen on one, and if we do get it, it'll be both a daily driver and a weekender hehe..:dance3:

really like this D21. Sorry, I'm a total noob to Navs and 4wds in general. What are the mods you've done to this? It's giving me a lot of food for thought about what my first Nav will be :) Cheers mate, and keep up the good work! :beerglass:

thanks for the suggestions guys. :) The economy is less important to me as it only gonna be a weekender and on holidays, but we'll see what comes up at the right price. do the D22s have KA24DE in their 2.4L petrols? I know they can handle a low psi boost. Actually I hope when I'm in the market...

Oh I forgot to give a price range... can't be more than $15K. Obviously the higher the initial price the less funds there'll be for mods.

Hey All, Been looking at the prices of older Navaras and I'm finding that the older model D22s don't seem to be that much more expensive than a decent D21. I much prefer the modern looks of the D22, but i was wondering what the differences are besides panels, and if they're worth the extra...

thanks mate! hehe, yeah a bit of a fan of turbos alright. Whatever Navara I get if it's not turbo, it won't be for long :big_smile: At the moment I'm liking the idea of a VG30DET/ET in a D21, but not sure if that can be mated up to a 4x4 drivetrain and even if it can, if I'll be allowed :laugh:
