Pitman arm side joint just flogged out. They sent a replacement out but just don't think they are the answer either still better than stock though.

On my 2nd PS draglink in 14mnths lol. Heard of someone else machining a new one.

Same here not keen for anything to hetic , got a trip in Feb to Frazier. So have been taking it easy as late. I'm happy to hit sugarloaf have not been there for a while. Might have a mate keen.

Thanks guys, have been thinking bout auto lokka, so if I was to purchase one would I than still be looking at getting a second hand diff and just getting the lokka installed into it or just rebuild my diff now and install the lokka? What would be the cheapest option? Also should I be trusting to...

So $1500 for e locker plus machining and bearings,seals $700 and labour on top of that? Just trying to get a rough idea before I ring around

Hey folks, So apparently my crownwheel in the front diff 05 zd30 has shit it self . What's the best way to tackle it? New diff? Or rebuild? What prices would I be looking at?am I worth getting a diff locker fitted if it has to be rebuilt? Any opinions welcome. Cheers

That's right, I wasn't sure about it also so I fitted the draglink first than could see how far down it sat on the idler arm side compared to the pitman arm side, than measured the distance between the chassis and draglink than stuck in the washers to even it up. I'm not sure if the factory...

The washers are to make the draglink level/parallel to the chassis, I put 4 each on the top 2 steering box bolts to raise it at the idler arm side. Spose to help with wear and gives more clearance for the tie rods. Without the washers I think i had about a 25-30mm drop on the idler arm side.
