All fixed and the rattle has stopped, scary that on the job card they stated "removed and replaced clutch pipes and related parts due to poor manufacturing causing rattle". at least they fixed it and all good now. :-)

Hi all, following instructions to post as a new member of the forum. Just took the plunge on a new black D40 ST and could not be happier. First and hopefully only let down was when a friend offered me a brand new nudge bar off an STX but they dont fit the ST if my readings are accurate. Still...
