Update fellas: Nizzbits can supply a genuine upgrade kit (thanks for the quote Nizzbits) I have decided to go for the Mongoose M60S ($145 eBay) My other option was the M20 like Rosifumi. The M60S comes with a turbo timer built in and water resistant remotes. Going to fit it myself.

I have replaced the tensioner pulley but the belt is still noisy. A bit of belt dressing shuts it up for a while. I have herd chalk works just as good. I suspect it may be the tensioner. As my original post stated it is bloody stiff but I think it may be the bushes/mounts. On a lighter note I...

Have just done this mod on my 02 Nav. Has made a noticeable difference. Thanks to all the guys who have gone to the effort of posting instructions, pics and diagrams.

Hey guys, My D22 ZD30 fan belt is screeching, even with a new Gates belt. Any ideas? The tensioner seems to be working ok (bloody tough to release the tension) Cheers.
