Don't buy the pins off thief bay, i just did this on an 2005 and they don't fit and far from it! i had to go to wreckers to get new hinge, I have seen hinges on thief bay but they say to only suit up till 2004, not sure if 05 is the same?

I have just had to replace mine at 288,000k which isn't bad! and even then it was more the thrust bearing that needed doing than the clutch, we put exceedy Heavu Duty in so should be good for at least 300,000 now i hope lol

Hi Geoff have done radiator now and thermostat as well as top hose, will be doing bottom hose and water pump and viscous clutch this Sunday, if it still overheats after that were in trouble i think. But i won't know if issue fixed until i hook van on again on the 19th
