Fuses ok. Apparently when NPS goes the heat switch won't work. Disconnected NPS and was still having problems so pressurised the fuel lines and found a leak near filter. All fixed and going again. Have new NPS so will fit that hopefully tomorrow and will let you know if it fixes the heat problem.

Having problems with my D22 yd25 also. Won't accelerate over 3000rpms when under load. Changed fuel filter and now can't prime engine..

Hi all Problem with 2009 D22 YD25 Navara. Have installed New Turbo and New Manifold. Its now doing that lack.of power in 3rd and forth gear plus heat switch not working. So disconnected Neutral Position Switch but it hasn't improved??? I'm a bit baffled.
