yeh mate the sensor is on the timing case just beside the water pump on the alternator side. I traced the wires back to a plug probably 200mm away from the actual sensor itself and found the snapped wire at that connection

Cheers mate, had a thorough look and found the cable had snapped at the sensor all good:)

Hey guys just wondering if any of you guys know how to fix the tacho. Mine just stopped working while i was on the highway?????
