mate, i used a really good quality vise grip belive it or not i had the exact same problem as i needed to remove it for my clutch replacement. make sure you use high quality vise grips, i promis you the nut will not get damaged. it wont hurt to change them anyhow afterwards. let me know how...

i just had the flywheel changed to a new dual mass, and the noise is no different. ive been told from nissan that it is a known common problem and they will issue people through the mail once they figure out the problem (under warrenty of course) they said it could take a couple more months...

hey guys just thought id let you all know, my ute is fixed and nissan gave me the report. the report said that the dual mass flywheel had missing springs, and the clutch dampener was extremly loose. took them a while to fix it, but shes back to normal :)

hey guys took my car to nissan and found out my neutral gear has stripped teeth, so they are taking my gearbox to a specialist to get it fixed, all under warranty. :)
