Anyone got any ideas on this?
This morning I got in my D40 T/D Auto and the battery didn't have enough charge to start the engine. Put the battery charger on it for half an hour and it starts. Didn't drive it anywhere today and got home from work and it starts OK. However the check engine light...
I put a set of these under mine for towing the camper trailer. Hit on the chassis badly and have worn a small hole in it after a trip of mostly on road. A new set of springs is the only way to go.
I had the ones that clip inside the doors fitted by Nissan dealer when I bought the car new. They have since been replaced under warranty with the track mounted ones. Look better, a little quieter and best of all they no longer leak water.
Just got the Brown Davis plates. Sump & Transfer Case. $559.00 fitted by Brown Davis. Very happy with their service. Next trip is 5 Days in High Country in June.
I have an ST-X Dual Cab T/D Auto and it is really lags below about 1500RPM. If I want a quick take off I just "stall it up" to about 1500 with my left foot on the brake and when I take off I am right into the power zone.
As far as fuel economy goes, I am not overly happy with it. If I do a bit...
I paid about $320 for my 30k service... they told me the 40k will cost about $800.00.
There is always the option to take it to someone else other than Nissan I suppose. That is just the cost of servicing a new car at the dealer.
I am getting a new design of Roof Rack next week under warranty, Nissan offered me my money back or the new design which is permanantly fixed to the roof. Call Nissan customer service direct.
Nissan have refused to repair the massive oil leak I had just because I holed the sump on a rock. Seriously though, they are replacing my roof racks with a different design.
