Central locking the tailgate.

Hi all. New to the forum but been in the D40 since '08
I've been searching the threads & found a few references to connecting central locking to the tailgate but can't follow the old links.
Has anyone linked the tailgate to their key remote?
Pics would be great if anyone has them.

I've made a start. The solenoid was fairly easy to mount in the tailgate. But the locking mechanism will need some work to attach to the actuator. The first attempt wasn't so pretty as the whole lock moves with the handle, so I'll have to make some kind of flexible joint.
I've also run cable from behind the taillight up to the handle/lock on my canopy (Alpha) which I want to tie in to the Central locking too.

I'll have to start taking pics to share around.

Please do, I am definitely interested in doing this myself, don't have a canopy yet so its kind of pointless for me at the moment, but would be good to have all ready to go
