2009 d22 yd25 help please

Hello I have a 2009 YD25DDTI d22 single cab 2.5L and i've bought a 12000lb winch for it, it currently has aluminum nudge bars with wrap around steps on it but I was thinking of buying a steel bullbar with a winch plate or an alloy bullbar but I dont know if the alloy bull bar will be any good with the winch? If I was to go to steel bullbar would I need to upgrade the suspension and would it be too heavy for the front axles?

I can get a winch plate made up for it for about $500 nz but because I do quite a bit of hunting and firewood would rather have something stronger then the bars that are on there anyway

Also would I need to upgrade the torson bar, suspension and any other things?
