Compression test on D40 diesel help.

Hello all. I need to do a compression test on my D40 engine. To rule out a blown head.

I have a compression kit, just don’t know where to find the glow plugs. Can anyone post a pic and show me where the plugs are.

I've been searching for a pic, can't find one immediately. Glow plugs are on the exhaust side (vehicle left hand side) high up on the side and attached to a flat glow plate that connects all 4 plugs in the pic below. The glows are under this.
