Got an 06 zd30 and I've just been through the process of replacing my steering bushings and upgrading to a HD drag link. She sits straight on the road now but I've still got a pretty big dead zone which I think is the steering box.
I've tried using the adjuster bolt, but after I crack the lock nut, the flat head bolt won't screw in any futher, this makes me think I'm up for a new steering box.
My question is if there is any difference between the steering boxes from different models? Am I locked into steering boxes from the zd30 generation or can I use one from a YD25?
