D40 DC to Dc Charger location

Hi all,



I have to 2011 thai D40. My quick question was, would it be ok to mount my dc to dc charger behind my rear seat, or will this cause ventilation issues and potentially cause problems? If it will potentially cause problems, what other options do i have in terms of mounting places that will keep the charger dry?

Where is the second battery going to be? Closer to the battery is better.
