EGR Cooler, bit broken, opens (EGR is blanked)

Hi

It seems the flap is stuck and the black bulk bulb like part of my EGR cooler is missing,
P/N 14735 5X00B.

My EGR is blanked.

Options, replace. No error messages recording.

Any suggestions, get second hand maybe as costly genuine new. Truck has 75k miles.

i suspect the black missing bit is what operates the egr cooler bypass.
however as the egr is blocked off, its does nothing anyway so no point replacing it.
