Foldout Pages of Manuals

Does anyone have the foldout pages of the manuals that show the layout of the connectors M5 and E101?

I've got all the manuals, but cannot find the foldout pages.

Wow, my manual has a page called "Foldout" for these connectors but doesn't detail each of the pins. I've attached the foldout.pdf file from mine for your year model.
