Front wheel bearing grease+Free-running hub

Hi all the 80k service suggests that the front wheel bearings and free running hubs need to be re-greased. Nizzbits suggests the seals need to be done at the same time but from what I can see of exploded diagrams to replace the seals would need the hub to come off starting to look like big job.

Has anyone done this or does this as part of their maintenance routines ?

I am tempted to start taking apart but their are little warning bells going around

They are supposed to be done every 40k km, I was at least charged for new seals and a bearing repack at my 40k service, so I can only assume they were done...

If you are cleaning the grease out to repack the bearings you might as well change the seals while you are there..
