Hi new member with brake issues .

New member here in Canterbury Kent. Interesting site.have front brake issues. Pump brake and cannot move front wheels.Calipers fine.discs good.
Can only release pressure by opening bleed nipple ,then wheels turn freely.Doing my head in.Will try new brake pedal unit.cannot see it being the proportional valve.Any help would be much appreciated. Got me baffled.

This is something I'd take to a brake guy myself. I could check the brake caliper pistons for freedom of movement, but it might be something in the booster too.

And while getting up and going is important, being able to stop is moreso.
