Injection pilot relearn, coding, scan tool

Hi all, I have 2015 series 9 D40 (YD25).
1. Does this model require a pilot injection relearn in addition to coding after an injector change? And if it does can anyone give me the procedure for the pilot relearn?

2. Can anyone recommend any relatively cheap scan tools capable of performing the above procedures in Australia?

never heard of pilot injection relearn. you might be think of fuel pump relearn/clearing.
