Leaking axle seal

My 2006 d40 keeps leaking from the LHR axle ive replaced the inner seal twice but it still leaks andone know why or know an easy fix?

I had some problems with mine and Newcastle Gearbox & Diff fixed it, they said something about a copper crush washer that needs to be replaced every time but I'm not sure if that was in the drive shaft or the axle.
