I have put new motor in 2013 D40. The car blows smoke when changing gears under load. Also in long upgrade cruising in fifth it loses revs suddenly and won't recover till you change gear or on off the accelerator. Have new injectors turbo also. Any ideas please. Mechanics can't find problem
