Nissan D21 92 Hardbody Utes Summer break, long over due maintenance of front wheel bearings, engine / radiator / PS flush and clean)

So, PS, Replaced gaskets and seals , reinstalled , bleed system according to Haynes manual but now PS seems to be not working fully. Seems OK for first part of turning then half way to full lock it gets quite hard. Tried a second bleeding by having wheels off ground and with motor off, turned wheel full lock to lock 10 reps which got some fine air bubbles to the reservoir.

We are not sure if something flew out and didn't notice from the High Pressure Line Out when I removed the bolt from Flow Valve Assembly.

When assembled this part, it was: SPRING - FLOW VALVE - WASHER - BANJO - WASHER - BOLT

Pump has sticker reading: unisia NISSAN 49110 44G10 (last numbers are stamped on)

Any clues to solving this would be greatly appreciated and if anyone has good repair instructions/manual for PS pump for this ute would be awesome.
Cheers

FIXED ! problem was slightly misaligned inner plate, sorry don't know the technical name as there no manual for this but it is easy to misalign as this plate can spin so easy when gooped up with lube for assembly. Just make sure theres one pin holding each part in correct orientation during assembly. Probaly why the Haynes manual says take it to a technician to be fixed.
