Roller top locking cable replacement.

Good morning all. My 2017 NP300 has a broken cable on the mountain top roller, leaving it locked in the closed position. Do I have to remove the entire unit to replace the cables? Thanks in advance

Hi. To be fair I did, but they show the locking pin removal on a top that isn’t fitted to a vehicle. In which case the end cap, or lock pin holder is exposed and easy to access.
