Good morning all, after spending ridiculous amounts of time and resources I an getting close to finishing my Navara project.
It is a 2008 2.5 diesel 4x4 D40, Thai spec.
Now I have come across this little box. There are wires coming from the ECU into this thing and for the life of me I do not know what it is or why. It is situated between the ECU and the fuse box that is adjacent to it.
Does anyone have any idea or suggestions. I have trolled the internet and different sites and can not find an answer.
Some specific wires that go into this thing is the injector common wires nr 4 and 5. It seems as though it is combining the wires and from there it goes to the Injectors. But only the common wires. The other wires located at 21,22 43 and 44 if I recall correctly still goes straight the Injectors.
Also worthwhile mentioning is that tbr SCV valve wires were cut of in the wiring loom and also attached through this thing giving it 12v on ignition on as suppose to the 5v mentioned in the manual.
Could this be some kind off cutout switch for perhaps a tracking unit. I did find a couple and removed them but this piece is above my pay grade. There is a black and greenish strip on each side of this thing that you can remove and it looks as if it is a bridge that connects the wires on the side yiu plug it into.
