I think the CV boot came adrift and I got mud in there then it sort of exploded and there was bits of the cage and ball bearings dropping out in the drive when I got home from out the bush.

one to many trips out for fun when the cv's were already clunking...... oh well :s it completly fell apart when it was pulled out, bearings and case and grease everywhere, lucky for me my mate the mechanic so i just watched
thanks mate! are they in brissy? do they post if their not? got some from repco today for 150 each but will keep them in mind for next time.
