I would be interested do you have any pics what they would look like and what sort of coin would we be looking at

I have to work out the costs.
I'd like to keep the price below the $150 mark for the set.
The $ depends on how many parts we need to make.
A mould for 100 parts would be cheap to make but it depends if can squeeze all 4 flares in a single shot.
The design is still on draft board (open to ideas) I'm thinking to bolt them on from underneath the wheel arches and rest them against the body with a rubber seal.
Probably 50mm out and try to cover as much body as possible.
I also need to work out the profile around the snorkel and make it standard for all the snorkels (Safari; TJM; Nissan) to contain the size of the mould.
