Every time I turn a corner at full lock and go over a slight bump, there is a loud screech from the front suspension. Any ideas?

Grease your steering stop's.

don't go so hard on full lock, your rubbing the steering stops. grease helps but doesn't last long.

would drilube work any better?
the other thing is to replace the plastic ends, they wear through fairly quick.
lastly, easiest thing is not to go hard on full lock.
incidental i've just serviced the boss D22 and hes nearly worn through the plate the stops hit !

I never turn my wheels fully either way. It puts strain that can be avoided.
