Pusser just means Navy, ET is the branch. The ET branch had 4 rates, P, S, W & C.
P is Power (Heavy Electrical), S is Systems (Radar, Sonar, Gyro's etc), W is Weapons (Hydraulics, Guns and bang sticks) & C was Communications (Radio, Teletype etc)
The ET stands for Electrical Technical.
Edit: That was the main responsibilities when I was in, I'm sure it's changed now!

it is a Spanish designed F104 Alvaro De Bazan class destroyer that we are modifying for Australian requirements. so, it is a modified platform. the Combat System is "Australianised" & Aegis equipt. Raytheon Australia is integrating the CS. ASC are the Shipbuilder and BAE & Forgacs are also building blocks.
