Will it fit???

hey Guys,

I just let a friend of mine import an TD27t (year 94/95) engine from Japan for me artycheer: . A very nice looking engine, with everything done to it, like compression test and then some.
Trouble is that it came with the Bellhousing bolted to the engine. I found it weird that they took the whole gearbox out to only put the bellhousing back on :scratch: .
anyways, I wanted to know if the YD25 gearbox will fit to the TD27t bellhousing :study: , or do I have to make an adapter plate.
and does anyone know the model# of the YD25 gearbox?

The YD25 gearbox or the TD25 gearbox? You'll never be able to register a TD27T in a vehicle which originally had a YD25 fitted.

If you mean TD25, then it's FS5W71C if it's a floor shift five speed.

If you mean SD25, then it's still a FS5W71C but the bellhousing won't match
