I had my lsd let go a rally mechanic shimmed it up for me.
Was great for a little while...did an oil change too find bits of the shim that has now smashed now floating around in my diff...not real cool...

Does anyone know whether the d22 2.5L str navara's have the same clutch/friction plates in there diffs as the d22 3L str navara....
I'm pretty sure that they're a different ratio...
+15 or +20 like already has been said...
I have 16 x 8 +10 sticks out looks good but have noticed fuel loss...and when your in shit rocky mud the side of the car cops a bashing

Is anyone running 285 / 75 / R16 with the 16 x 8 with either a + 15 or + 20....is there any issue with rubbing...???
As soon as i get the replacements i will...they're a 16 x 8
They measure 128mm - 130mm from the back of where they bolt to the inside of the rim.
I think it is a +8...???

I am currently running a 265 / 75 / r16....on a set of 16 x 8 GU nissan steel rims.
They scrub a little bit on full lock and when you are 4wding...not too worried about this...they're only just inside they guards and look brilliant where they're...
g'day just wondering if any of you bloes have fitted a ARB rear air-locker and still have the original lsd centre out of the d22....???
if so what year model is it out of....???
roughly how many kms were on it when you had the locker fitted...???

old mate was shattered when he tested it once it was done and has said too me if i can get the friction plate or clutch pack kit he would fit it for nothing. He mentioned it may be cheaper or the same price to get a detroit auto-locker or a complete new lsd centre and h'e'd fit that...
